Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tsp of dried oregano, 1 tsp of dried thyme, 1/2 tsp of paprika, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of black pepper, and 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes.
- Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add 1 lb of ground pork to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle the garlic and herb seasoning mixture over the cooked ground pork and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Remove from heat and use the seasoned ground pork as desired in your favorite recipes such as tacos, pasta sauces, or stuffed peppers.
