- 4 wild boar steaks, 1 inch thick
- 1 cup red wine

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine 1 cup of red wine, 1/4 cup of olive oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh thyme, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to make the marinade.
- Place the wild boar steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the steaks from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. Let the steaks sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- Grill the wild boar steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F for medium-rare or 160°F for medium, using a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
