- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Brush the marinade over the salmon fillets and asparagus.
