Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of lemon zest, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Brush the marinade over the salmon fillets, coating them evenly on both sides.
- Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
