Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 pint of vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the cut side of the peaches with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down, and grill for 3-4 minutes until they have grill marks and are slightly softened.
- Flip the peaches and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
