Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of lemon zest, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Brush the lemon herb mixture over the salmon fillets, coating both sides.
