Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the lemon dill mixture onto both sides of the salmon fillets.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1/4 cup of honey, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of minced garlic to create the honey glaze.
