Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the salmon. Seal the bag and gently shake to coat the salmon. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Place the salmon fillets on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon easily flakes with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the grilled lemon dill salmon with additional fresh dill and lemon wedges, if desired. Enjoy!
