Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 2 teaspoons of dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Brush the mixture onto both sides of the lamb chops.
- Place the lamb chops on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if desired.
- Remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve and enjoy!
