Mediterranean

Grilled lamb chops have a rich history dating back to ancient times, with origins in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines. Renowned chefs like Gordon Ramsay and Jamie Oliver have popularized this dish, infusing it with their own unique twists. The succulent, tender meat is seasoned with aromatic herbs like rosemary and thyme, then grilled to perfection, creating a mouthwatering smoky flavor. In Greece, the dish is often served with a side of tzatziki, while in Morocco, it's accompanied by couscous and mint tea. Today, the best versions of this dish can be found in upscale steakhouses and fine dining restaurants, where the quality of the lamb and the grilling technique are paramount.
