- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to make the honey mustard marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish, and pour the honey mustard marinade over the chicken. Make sure the chicken is well coated with the marinade. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
