Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds of small red potatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh chives
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, toss 1 1/2 pounds of quartered small red potatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary, and salt and pepper to taste.
