Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic and bacon fat. Toss to coat the spaghetti with the fat.
