  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.
  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic and bacon fat. Toss to coat the spaghetti with the fat.
  • Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the spaghetti and quickly toss to combine. The heat from the spaghetti will cook the eggs and create a creamy sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of pasta water to loosen it up.
  • Add the grilled chicken and crispy bacon to the skillet and toss to combine with the pasta.
