Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to make the honey mustard glaze.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the honey mustard glaze onto the chicken, turning once or twice to create a caramelized coating.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
