  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Brush the chicken breasts with the mixture.
  • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice the chicken into strips.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, lime juice, cumin, and garlic powder to make the dressing.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the sliced avocado, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro evenly among them.
  • Top each tortilla with the grilled chicken strips and drizzle with the yogurt dressing.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
  • Serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later. Enjoy!
