Grilled Chicken and Avocado Wrap

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Brush the chicken breasts with the mixture.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice the chicken into strips.
- In a separate bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, lime juice, cumin, and garlic powder to make the dressing.
- Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the sliced avocado, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro evenly among them.
- Top each tortilla with the grilled chicken strips and drizzle with the yogurt dressing.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
- Serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later. Enjoy!
