Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  • Brush the chicken breasts with the BBQ sauce mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
  • Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and grill marks appear. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Slice the grilled chicken into thin strips.
  • Warm the flour tortillas on the grill for about 20 seconds on each side.
  • To assemble the wraps, place a quarter of the sliced chicken down the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly, tucking in the ends as you go.
