Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Brush the grilled chicken with 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce, then remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
