Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup of chocolate sauce
- 1/4 cup of crushed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or peanuts)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Brush the cut side of the bananas with the honey and cinnamon mixture.
- Place the bananas on the grill, cut side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes, until grill marks appear.
- Carefully flip the bananas and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side.
- Remove the bananas from the grill and place two banana halves in each serving dish.
- Top each banana with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
- Sprinkle the crushed nuts over the top of the ice cream.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
