Grilled Banana S'mores with Peanut Butter

Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 8 graham cracker squares
- 4 large marshmallows
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Place the banana halves on a plate.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on 4 graham cracker squares. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips on top of the peanut butter.
- Place a marshmallow on a skewer and roast it over the grill until golden brown and gooey.
- While the marshmallow is still hot, place it on top of the chocolate chips on one of the graham cracker squares.
- Place 2 banana halves on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear.
- Place the grilled banana halves on top of the marshmallow and graham cracker square to create a sandwich.
- Top with the remaining graham cracker squares to complete the s'mores.
- Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients to make 3 more s'mores.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the gooey, grilled banana s'mores with peanut butter!
