Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, black pepper, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Add the cooked green beans and stir to combine.
