Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a bowl, mix together 1 cup crumbled feta cheese, 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes, 1/4 cup chopped Kalamata olives, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

- Stuff each chicken breast with the feta cheese mixture, dividing it evenly among the 4 breasts.

- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
