  • 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

  • 4 whole wheat or spinach wraps
  • 1 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of diced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup of sliced red onions
  • 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup of Kalamata olives, sliced

  • 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup of Kalamata olives, sliced

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken strips with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken strips and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Warm the wraps in a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until slightly toasted and pliable.
  • Divide the cooked chicken evenly among the 4 wraps, placing it in the center of each wrap.
  • Top the chicken with diced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, feta cheese, Greek yogurt, chopped parsley, and sliced Kalamata olives.
  • Fold the sides of the wraps over the filling, then roll them up tightly, tucking in the ends as you go.
  • Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately. Enjoy!
