Instructions

  • Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tbsp honey, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger, and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes. Set aside.
