Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tbsp honey, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger, and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes. Set aside.
