Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt 1/4 cup of butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and paprika. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat and set aside.
