  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the linguine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt 1/4 cup of unsalted butter. Add the cooked linguine pasta and toss to coat with the melted butter.
  • Stir in the grated parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley, tossing until the pasta is well coated.
  • Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and gently toss to combine with the pasta. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the shrimp is heated through.
  • Serve the garlic parmesan shrimp pasta hot, garnished with additional parmesan cheese and parsley if desired. Enjoy!
