- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.
