Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss 1 lb of broccoli florets with 3 tbsp of olive oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1/2 tsp of salt, and 1/4 tsp of black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the broccoli is tender.
  • Remove the broccoli from the oven and sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Return the broccoli to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
