Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a shallow dish, combine 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons olive oil and 4 cloves minced garlic.
- Dip each chicken breast in the garlic and oil mixture, then coat with the parmesan and breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle any remaining parmesan mixture on top of the chicken.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
