  • Wash and dry 2 pounds of baby potatoes, then cut them into halves or quarters depending on their size.
  • In a large bowl, mix together 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
