Instructions

  • Season the ribeye steaks on both sides with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the seasoned steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer to desired doneness.
  • In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add 4 cloves of minced garlic, 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, and 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary to the skillet.
  • Tilt the skillet and spoon the melted garlic butter over the steaks continuously for 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve the steaks with the garlic butter sauce drizzled on top and enjoy!
