Ingredients
- 24 pieces of escargot
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices of French baguette, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, thyme leaves, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place the escargot in a baking dish or escargot plate.
