  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and divide it into 4 equal portions.
  • Brush each portion of dough with the garlic butter mixture, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup ricotta cheese, and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Spread 2-3 tablespoons of marinara sauce on one half of each portion of dough, then top with the cheese mixture, pepperoni, black olives, mushrooms, and red bell pepper.
