Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Roast the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • While the salmon is roasting, prepare the lemon dill sauce. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
