Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together 4 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon of chopped dill, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
