- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of olive oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon of chopped rosemary, 1 tablespoon of chopped thyme, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure it is evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) using a meat thermometer.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious garlic and herb marinated grilled chicken!
