- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of olive oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon of chopped rosemary, 1 tablespoon of chopped thyme, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure it is evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
