Football Field Brownie Bites

Created by: Howcan Team

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of unsalted butter
  • 2 cups of white sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of white icing
  • Green food coloring

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a mini muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 cup of butter. Stir in 2 cups of sugar, then add 4 eggs and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, 3/4 cup of cocoa powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
  • Spoon the batter into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Allow the brownie bites to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Once the brownie bites are completely cool, mix 1/2 cup of white icing with a few drops of green food coloring to create a football field color. Pipe lines onto the brownie bites to resemble a football field. Enjoy!
