Ingredients
- 1-2 shots of espresso
- 8 oz of almond milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Brew 1-2 shots of espresso and pour into a coffee cup.
- In a small saucepan, heat 8 oz of almond milk over medium heat. Do not let it boil.
- Once the almond milk is hot, remove from heat and stir in 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
- If desired, add 1 tsp of sugar to the almond milk and stir until dissolved.
- Pour the almond milk mixture over the espresso in the coffee cup, holding back the foam with a spoon.
