Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Set aside to rest.
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
