Instructions

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Set aside to rest.
  • In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the butter and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
