Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound of fettuccine pasta
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Set aside and keep warm.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, and sauté until the mushrooms are golden brown.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, and bring to a simmer. Stir in the dried oregano and basil, and let the sauce thicken for about 5 minutes.
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

- Serve the grilled chicken breasts on top of the creamy mushroom fettuccine, and sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese on top.
