Ingredients
- 3 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 1/4 teaspoons of instant yeast
- 1 cup of warm water
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil

- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 3 cups of flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- In a small bowl, dissolve 2 1/4 teaspoons of instant yeast in 1 cup of warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add the yeast mixture and 1/4 cup of vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and roll it out into a 12x18 inch rectangle.
- In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup of melted butter, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, and 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon to create the cinnamon swirl mixture.
- Spread the cinnamon swirl mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
- Roll up the dough tightly from the long side and pinch the seam to seal.
- Cut the rolled dough into 12 equal pieces and place them in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Cover the pan with a kitchen towel and let the dough rise for an additional 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
