Ingredients
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 large eggs
- 2 English muffins, split and toasted
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Pour off all but 1 tablespoon of the bacon fat from the skillet. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each English muffin. Top with a cooked egg and 2 slices of bacon. Place the top half of the English muffin on top.
