Ingredients
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 pork sausages
- 1 can of baked beans
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook the sausages until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, heat the baked beans over low heat until warmed through.
- Cut the tomatoes in half and place them cut-side down in the frying pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly charred. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread and spread with the remaining butter.
- To serve, divide the bacon, sausages, beans, tomatoes, eggs, and toast between two plates. Enjoy your classic English breakfast!
