Ingredients
- 1 sheet of frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 dragonfruit, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup of caviar
- 4 oz of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 12 equal squares. Place the squares on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the puff pastry squares for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, and honey until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread a dollop of the cream cheese mixture onto each cooled puff pastry square.
- Top each tartlet with a few pieces of diced dragonfruit and a small spoonful of caviar.
- Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately.
