- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- In a shallow dish, mix 1/4 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken breasts on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
