- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups chicken broth

- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour in the chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot.
- Stir in the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, unsalted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for an additional 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- While the chicken alfredo is cooking, cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Serve the chicken alfredo over the cooked fettuccine pasta, and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese if desired.
