Health-conscious restaurants and chefs have embraced this trend, offering their own spin on the healthier crispy fried potatoes, often incorporating a variety of herbs and spices for added flavor. Today, the best versions of this dish can be found in health-focused eateries and modern restaurants that prioritize wholesome cooking. To achieve the perfect healthier crispy fried potatoes, it's essential to choose high-quality potatoes, evenly coat them with a small amount of heart-healthy oil, and season them with a mix of herbs and spices before cooking. This ensures a delightful crispy texture without compromising on flavor or nutrition.
