Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the pressed and drained tofu into 1-inch cubes.
  • In a large bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  • Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat the tofu evenly with the mixture.
  • Place the coated tofu cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased with cooking spray or oil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping the tofu halfway through, until the tofu is crispy and golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Enjoy the crispy baked tofu on its own or with your favorite dipping sauce.
