Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes.
  • In a shallow dish, combine 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss the tofu cubes in the cornstarch mixture until evenly coated.
