Ingredients
- 8 oz of fettuccine pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add 2 cups of fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
- Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the grilled and sliced chicken to the skillet and gently toss to combine with the pasta and sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
