Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop them.
  • In a bowl, combine the chopped mushroom stems, lump crabmeat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, green onions, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture, mounding it slightly.
  • Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce to make the spicy sriracha mayo topping.
  • Once the mushrooms are done, remove them from the oven and drizzle the spicy sriracha mayo over the top.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
