Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Finely chop the stems and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup crab meat, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped mushroom stems and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the sautéed mushroom stems to the crab mixture and mix well.
  • Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture, mounding it slightly. Place the stuffed mushrooms on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
